Error with no report

Hi everyone. I am new to cytoscape and conet. I ran tutorials with the newest version of the app at worked fine, but when I use my own data, I cannot get the app to work. I get an error, but no specific error message. 

Has anyone else run across this issue?

   Sorry to hear about the problem with CoNet.  Have you tried reaching out to the authors?  Looks like Karoline Faust at KU Leuven is the author.
