I can confirm; apps are returning 500 errors. The following did so for me:

https://apps.cytoscape.org/download/amatreader/1.1.3

I tried to use the cytoscape site last night also, but it looked like it was down. Just to be sure, could it be an issue from my end or at the end of cytoscape's server?

Sorry for the extended down time for the Cytoscape App Store. This occurred during a popular holiday weekend in the US and simply did not have enough redundancy in terms of infrastructure and support. Good news:  it’s back up now.  More good news: we will be upgrading the codebase and infrastructure before the end of the year, which should reduce incidents like this.
