Why can't display "String: protein query" in network panel?

Hi,

I installed Stringapp. In network panel, String:disease query and String:cross-species query can be displayed, but "String: protein query" fail to display. I would be grateful if you could let me know how to fix it.

Can you tell us what version of stringApp and Cytoscape you are using? There was a recent change in the backend that requires a new version of the app, so make sure you have the latest version.
