Cluepedia 1.0.5 download

Hello

I've downloaded Clupedia version 1.5.2, unfortunately, the tutorial is written for version 1.0.5.

I've tried to do nested network but it didn't work and also I can't find correlation options in the newer version.

Thus, I would like to download Cluepedia version 1.0.5 (I can't find it) or find a tutorial written for version 1.5.2 as they differ.

I'll appreciate any help.

Hi,
I recommend you to use the last version of our Apps, that contain improvements and bug fixes. We have included all ClueGO and CluePedia functions in the last release.  Which function you don't find?
The Apps have help instructions (blue icons) that detail most of the functions. You can see a more recent example on ClueGO in our article: Mlecnik et al, J Proteomics 2018.
If ClueGO and CluePedia are both correctly installed, you will be able to run the analysis. CluePedia is a plugin to ClueGO, and once ClueGO started, you will see both Apps in the ClueGO panel (Analysis Mode section).
