Hello,
Well its a tricky question.All plugins available, like Pesca
and Shortest path finder tend to find the shortest paths. As far as i
can tell u should have a start and end node to find all possible paths
between them. You can also check this plugin
http://www.metnetdb.org/fcmodeler/cytoscape/plugins/SubCreator1-9.5.jar.
It gets u the subgraph creator plugin where u can find all possible
paths between two given node. have a nice Cytoscaping. :-)
