Create a time-varying network video

Hi all,

I have data for time-varying networks sampled every 1 sec for several mins. I want to create a video to visualize how the network is changing over time. The nodes are always same over time.

Cytoscape can create this kind of video? If yes, how can we do this? I am a newbie, so any comments will be appreciated.
