I came across CyNetworkBMA - is great. Unfortunately, I'm struggling to assess my network. I've got through example described in your paper but I get ROC much higher (over 98%). I've created the network based on the example data (http://webdatascience.github.io/CyNetworkBMA/timeSeries.txt) with thresProbne0 set to 1 and then I have created the second (reference) network with thresProbne0 set to 0. I have a similar issue when performing the similar operation on Sample text file no 2 (in the supplementary material).

I'm not sure also if my experimental data should be preprocessed (normalised) before using this app? Is there any more detailed information about your app which I would be able to read?
