How to generate a network based on lnRNA-miRNA, affected by anti-tumor drugs using Cytoscape?

Cytoscape itself doesn't have a built-in database of interactions. You would need to find a resource that provides that data, see if there is a Cytoscape app that supports that resource, and if not, download the data you are interested in and import it into Cytoscape.
