Hello,
I need help with the following please:
I colour-code my nodes using Default Groups and Discrete mapping so each group has ecah own characteristic colour
I would also like to add pie charts for each nodes but when I do that, the colours of the nodes change and I lose the ones I have set in the Fill Colour property.
Is there a way to add pie charts by keeping the colours from the Fill Colour option?
Any help is much appreciated!
Thank you!

Hi Sylvia,
How are you adding pie charts? If you are using Cytoscape's built-in charts, they shouldn't use the Fill Color, but should use Paint->Custom Paint 1->Image/Chart 1. If what you are asking is how to be able to see the color of the fill "through" the pie charts, there are two options. You could change the position of the pie chart so it's not directly over the node (look at Image/Chart Position 1) or you could use a ring or doughnut chart instead.
