Unable to use Bisogenet

Hi,

I am trying to use Bisogenet to build a protein-protein network using a Cytoscape APP.

I could build a network till Yesterday, but I am unable to do it today. It shows "BisoGenet client failed to connect to the Server" and "An internal error prevented from fulfilling the requested operation".

How do I solve this issue, I tried changing the proxy site but it did not work.

Hi everyone,

We're experiencing some difficulty with our App Store, so unfortunately I can't connect you to the app's authors.

After some inspection, the original paper links to a website that is no longer available (link here). I fear that the server could no longer be maintained, which would explain the problems with the app. 

When the App Store is back, I will update you if there is any additional info that might be helpful.

The App Store is back, but unfortunately the App has no contact info, and links to the unavailable website. I've contacted the first author of the original paper for feedback, and have linked back to this topic. Hopefully they can provide some help.

I am having the same problem. I was able to build network in the last days, but today an error message about "Bisogenet client failed to connect to the Server"keeps popping up.
Do you have any suggestion?
