Hello,

I would like to use cytoscape as a link network analyser, i succeed to create the begining of what i want, however i would like to improve it

As you can see, some nodes linked several times another node (because i took full url and then just keep root domain in order to have the quantity), so the idea is to have bigger edge instead of several.

Is it possible?

thank you

Another visualization of what i would like, instead of make the edges bigger, it could be the nodes if it possible with cytoscape.

Hi Morgan,
Well, you can do both of these.  Do make the nodes bigger, you would map node size to Node Degree, which you can calculate using the Network Analyzer.  To make the Edges Thicker, you would want to use the Edit->Remove Duplicated Edges tool to remove the duplicate edges and check the box to "Create an edge table column with number of duplicated edges".  Then you can use that table column to map to edge thickness.
