Network does not merge

Hello,

I want to do string app enrichment analysis on my network. I import my network from a file, then I import the string network from string database giving the list of genes in my network. I remove the edges from the string network and then try to merge the two network but this does not happen sucessfully. I did it the smae way for a few networks but now it doesn not work. What is that I am doing wrong?

Hi Mari,

   My guess is that the merge columns are different somehow.  What columns are you using as the key in the merge network?  Are they the same types of identifiers?
