Reuse import setting

Hi,

we  want import often (daily) the network from a table.  Is there any way to save the import attributes (like source node , target node, etc) for the next import ?

Yes, through scripting. You can run commands from the Cytoscape GUI (if you prefer) via View>Show Automation Panel. You can also run these from a .sh file. You can also R or Python scripts to control Cytoscape via the RCy3 or py2cytoscape libraries. Lots of options for automation :)
