Ego Networks

Is it possible to create an ego network in the Cytoscape program?  If so, how?

Hi Nora,

I'm not sure what an ego network is, but I assume this it relates to social network analysis. Cytoscape is by no means restricted to biological networks and you can build networks either from datafiles or manually as described in the documentation here: http://wiki.cytoscape.org/Cytoscape_3/UserManual#Creating_Networks
