RIN Analyzer will not fetch data; seems not to recognize Chimera file path.

I have Cytoscape 3.7.1 for my iMac and would like to use RIN Analyzer to visualize interaction networks. I have installed RINalyzer 2.0.0 as well as StructureViz2-1.0.6, and both are successfully installed to Cytoscape via the app manager. I have been able to open Chimera (version 1.11.2) directly using the StructureViz app, but RINanalyzer seems to have a problem with it. Tutorial instructions say to enter the file path of Chimera into the directory so I can fetch PDB files. I have typed in the file path in the appropriate space, followed by my PDB code. Cytoscape then displays a message saying "Importing RIN from RINdata..." for a few seconds, but then nothing happens. Occasionally a new box will appear titled "Chimera files" which contains a message saying "Chimera projects:(0)." Chimera never opens and I have not been able to get any RIN files. If it matters, I am running MacOSX High Sierra v10.13.6. Any ideas where I might be going wrong?

Hi Jordon,
Not sure how you're getting to that text field, but I usually start with structureViz and open my PDB file from there.  Then select the structure in the "Cytoscape Molecular Structure Navigator" and in the Chimera for that dialog you'll see "Residue network generation".  This will use RINAlyzer under the covers.

Thanks very much. I did as you said and am now able to tool around with it. Much appreciated!
