Unable to download app

Dear Helpdesk,

On my desktop I use cytoscape frequently. Now when I try to download apps to my laptop I get this error for all apps I have tried so far.

Please let me know how to solve this.

Have tried to restart computer, restart cytoscape, reinstall cytoscape, installed Java SE environment 8 for 64bit.
