Hi there,

Sorry to say, but the answer is "it depends". What kind of data do you have? Do you have edge weights? For edge-weighted networks, MCL works well, and you can also take a look at Leiden clustering. For unweighted networks, you can look at MCODE. All of these are available in the latest clusterMaker2 release.
