Hello,

I downloaded Cytoscape yesterday and I am receiving the Could Not Parse xgmml File message when I try to import a SSN. Any tips for me? I saw the following suggestion on github, but I am not sure what directory I need to be in to write the following command.

grep -v reaction_equation M0.vs.M1.module.xgmml > M0.vs.M1.new.xgmml

Thanks,
Mike

Hi Mike,
Can you send an example of the problematic file?
Regards,
Piet

Hi Piet,

I apologize for the delay in my response. The Could Not Parse Error arose from a bug in the EFI EST software, not in Cytoscape. The bug has since been fixed and I no longer receive the error message. Thanks for your help.

Mike
