Automating scripts fail when it gets to really large graphs

Is there a way to just load very large networks without having to manually hit ok on the pop up shown in image attached. It is making a lot of my automated processes fail.

Try adjusting the “viewThreshold" properties under Edit>Preferences>Properties.  If you increase the “viewThreshold” for example, it might avoid that popup.
