Hi,

I have calculate the BC and CC centrality and made a graph between them on Cytoscape. Could you please suggest what value should I use here as minimum and maximum to create filter to find hub taxa / key taxa.

Many thanks

There are no rules for exploratory analysis. You can choose filters based on the distribution of values using whatever criteria you want. The goal is to pick something that leads to an insightful description or illustration of your data and then accurately describe the methods you performed.

Hi Alex, thank you so much for your reply, it seems like I need to choose lower CC and higher BC for hub nodes.

Many thanks
