Missing images in export

Hi,

I exported the network, but the images are missing.

Please advice me.

Hi Michel,

How were the images generated? I've used the png and pdf exporters extensively and never had a problem with any custom graphics not being present.

thanks you so much ! Alla images were uploaded manually, they are bypass images (every node has own image).

Hi Michel,

So, the images are there in the Cytoscape view, but when you do an export as image they aren't? In order to debug that, we would need a session file. I just did a quick test and everything seemed to work for me, so the bug must be more subtle.
