Hi,

I'm new here with no experiences with R / Python.  Could you please provide me  with some  scripts , they do  similary   tasks as follows:

1) Import from csv OR  Excel (pease attch teh files as well)
2) Set node images depend on node type ( type is a node attribute e.g. customer, product, etc)
3) Set attributes of nodes / edges generally

Thanks a lot in advance,

Michel

All our collected R examples are here:

Under the pull down menu for Table of Contents, try the “Training Vignettes” first.

The general home page for Cytoscape automation is here:

In addition to the R notebooks in the first link, this home page includes links Python scripts as well.

These are the only example scripts I’m aware of…   If you generate some of your own, please consider sharing them with the rest of the community through this same wiki.

Hi Alex, thanks for your effort, especially  for your engagement in christmas-time.  I'll share my code , of course. Before starting with development, I need some inputs, see my other open issues. Could you please take a look at that ? Thanks, Michel
