Dear all,

I added the cosine score value between each compound in my network but I have values as 0.950148 (6 numbers after .) and I would like only 2 : as 0.95. Is this possible?

The same way; the m/z value is indicated with only 3 digits as 354.098 and I would like to see 4 digits as 354.0984. How could I do that?

Many thanks for your help. I am beginner with cytoscape and there is a lot to learn.

Regards
Isabelle

Hi Isabelle,
You can use the table panel equations feature to do this.  First, create a new column (I made mine string, but it can also be double).  Then, click into a cell in the column and click on the equation editor "f(x)".  That will bring up a dialog you can use to create an equation.  I used the ROUND function, entered the column I wanted to round, then selected the number of digits.  Then, apply that to the entire column.  Now you can change your label mapping to your new column.

Hope this helps!
