adding species to cluego

I want to use clueGO for GO enrichment analyses on 2 non model organisms. What information is needed/how would I add them? I already have the gene ids for the genome and associated GO terms for both species.

Hi Emma, there is no automatic way yet, but if you send us the taxonomy id and the files for the two organisms we will send you the final files if you want.
