Hi,
I am looking for an older version of cytoscape:application:2.8.3 jar as a dependency. It is not found in http://code.cytoscape.org/nexus/content/repositories/releases/. Does cytoscape archive its jar files deposited in Maven? If not, what is an appropriate substitute for cytoscape:application:2.8.3 jar?

Thanks much!

Ugh.  Cytoscape 2.x didn't use maven at all, nor did it use OSGi or any kind of bundling.  You could just download an old version of Cytoscape and pull the jar file you need, but I'm not sure that will really work since there are all sorts of dependencies amongst the various Cytoscape 2.x jar files (which is why we moved to OSGi for Cytoscape 3.x).
