Hi everyone,
I have just buy pro license for allegro layout and activate the plugin. When i first install cytoscape and first install allegrolayout then activate license everything is good but when i close and start again cytoscape allegro layout acceleration setting disabled and show nothing. Can anyone help for this issue? thanks.
my os is ubuntu and graphic card is tesla k80.

Hi --
The seller of Allgegro Layout would be the right person to ask. We don't have any advice for this app. Can you contact him??
If you're interested in just the Prefuse layout, there is one already in the Layouts menu, provided you have a GPU available.
