bundling edges failed for cytoscape network (string and intact combined)

Hi we have constructed a network from our data using stringapp and inTact combined

however this network is not responsive to edge bundling using the Bundle Edges function.

would like to seek some advice and suggestions.

Hi Keionn,

Yes, unfortunately, Bundle Edges is extremely inefficient and is due to be replace in 3.10.  It really doesn't work for large networks at all.
