I inadvertanly imported 30 directed edges that were oriented the wrong direction.  I now find it difficult to flip the direction.  Is there an easy way to do this that I am missing?  I tried to select all the nodes and "cut" them, then reimport throu network from table, but had lots of problems.  First cutting the edges seemed to cause some erratic behavior.  Then brng in the corrected edges was problematic; I used the network import from table and it wants to plave in a different network.  If I then merge the two networks, a new one gets generated and all my layout goes out the windo (I am doing lots of manual layout.)  Can I manually edit them?  Is there a way to change directionality?

Any tricks or tips greatly appreciated.

Hi Robert,
Do you care about the directionality because of some particular algorithm you're running or are you just trying to get the arrows pointed in the right direction?  If the latter, just change the arrow type for the source and target arrows.  If the former, you should delete the edges rather than cutting them, and then do the merge networks, even though you'll loose your layout.  Actually, I *think* that there is an App that allows you to save your layout.  Check the App Store.

Yes; directionality is tied to the statistics I am running.  Not to sound too dense, but how do I delete the edges?  I have never been able to find that option.  I keep thinking it should be just like deleteing the row of a spreadsheet.

Just select the edges and then use Edit->Delete Selected Nodes and Edges.  That should do it.

Ok.  I see the delete now.  It is up in the drop down menus, not the right click menus.  Also did not realize the node was going to go as well.

Thanks for the assit.  Will look for that app.
