Large network creation

Hi, I have an interaction file with 6568 nodes and 1048575 edges. I have filtered the hub nodes based on degree centrality measure. Now I want to bundle the edges to make the network presentable but have been facing memory issues.

The System I am using has 64Gb installed RAM

Greetings,

I assume you are using the "bundle edges" option in the Layout menu. With a network of that size, I'm not surprised that you are seeing memory issues. The Bundle Edges implementation isn't very memory efficient. One suggestion would be to start with just your hub nodes and use the "Selected nodes only" option in Bundle Edges...
