Cytoscape tutorials page now includes presentations

In addition to tutorial protocols, the Cytoscape tutorial page now includes presentations, ranging from basic introduction to network biology and Cytoscape to more advanced analysis topics and automation. The collection also includes several modular sets of slides, each set covering an isolated topic, designed to be resused and combined into longer presentations.
