Hi Everyone, I am shivam sundram , I've my majors in compuatational biology and minor in computer science, I am beginner in contributing to open source projects and looking to contribute to this organization, If you can provide me any head-start and guidance for where to start will be really helpful

Hi Shivam,

I would suggest that you get started by going through the app development ladder: https://github.com/cytoscape/cytoscape/wiki//Cytoscape-App-Ladder That will give you a pretty good idea of what app development is like. Once you've completed that, I'm sure there are projects and fixes you can contribute to.
