Query regarding bioquali plugin

Hello, 

   I am working on a project and want to study the differential regulatory gene network. I thought BioQuali plugin will suit my gene network study but in the Cytoscape app site, no download is available for the BioQuali plugin. Kindly help me in this regard and suggest me that if not BioQuali then is there any other app or plugin available which will aid me to study the regulatory gene network perturbance under different experimental/ environmental condition.

Unfortunately BioQuali is a Cytoscape 2 App, and is no longer supported. For archival purposes, it can still be downloaded here: https://github.com/cytoscape/cy2_plugin_archive

Hopefully someone else can offer an app that will perform similar analysis.
