Hi,

I just started using cytoscape and got to the stage where I am able to export the network to a web browser. But I have noted in several videos and demos that search functions can be added to the web page for filtering and selection purposes.

How do I do that?

Regards,
J

Thanks Alex for the links.

Just one follow up question on it though, does that mean that the search function is not generated from the cytoscape platform itself, but from the HTML and linked back to the cytoscape js map?
