Good day,

I am new to cytoscape and the stringapp extension.

My data has dysregulated proteins identified using Mass Spec. My data is formatted with Protein Group, Protein Name, Avg Log2 Ratio, and p-value.

I am trying to create a network for upregulated proteins, downregulated proteins, and all proteins (clustered by down and up with relavant colour codes and colour scaling).

Could you please assist with this?
