EnrichmentMap does not color network notes properly

Dear All,

 

I generated a GSEA network using enrichmentMap.  When trying to color the notes color (Select the network>style>Note>Fill color) by defining the gradient color box shown up the notes in the network do not change color, but the note border color changes instead.  Is this a bug?

Good day!

I created network and export it as full web page.
At the edge table I added column with links to other web pages.
In html version of this network links at the edge table are not active.
Is it possible to make them clickable?

Hi Aiguo, 

Which version of cytoscape and enrichment map are you using?  Do the nodes in your Enrichment map have no colour at all after they are created?

Hi All,

I am also facing the same problem in changing the colour of nodes. I have one network made from two different enrichment data. When I am trying to change the colour of node, only the borderline colour is changing. It gives 12 hour and 24 hour option in colour fill. I need to fill both time with colour according their p-value How to change the node colour of both enrichment data?
