cytoseed incompatibility with cytoscape 3.6.1

Hi!

I am trying to add Cytoseed to the latest version of Cytoscape 3.6.1, but it seems that the Cytoseed is incompatible with the Cytoscape 3 versions. It is giving me the error - "Jar is missing value for entry Bundle-Activator". Is there a possible solution for this?

Unfortunately, if the authors don't choose to update their app, then there really isn't a solution other than looking for an alternative.  You may want to take a look at MetScape as one possibility.
