Unable to add APPS throug App manager.

I am unable to add apps through app manager. from last 5 days it is showing
Cannot access the app store, please check your internet connection. Thhis is not internet problem. there is something wrong with cytoscape . please help what should i do.

Hii scooter,
i am still facing the same problem . i am unable to work on cytoscape because i have more than 4000 proteins and and i have to construct the network via string app. i am unable do do it from last 20 days it is showing cannot acess the app store please check your internet connection.

I think you have a different issue. Our App Store was only down for a few hours. You’ve been unable to install apps for a loooong time. I suspect you have a firewall of other access issue.

In the meantime, I’ll email the STRING app jar file directly to you, so you can install it from local file via the App Manager and skip the internet steps altogether!

I am getting this issue all time,  not even only on my system but on other system too. i have installed 3.6.0 , 3.6.1 ,3.7.0 version of cytoscape on different system to resolve this issue , that i am getting this problem only on my system but this problem is visible on all other system too. what is the exact problem?

The Download Site should be https (not http).  Other than that, it’s likely a local network/firewall issue. The site is up and running.  Can you go the App Store in your browser? If so, then you can download them from there and install them via Install From File…
