ExpressionCorrelation imput

Hi

I am a new user and I am not very familiar with ExpressionCorrelation plugin, so my question is what is the input for ExpressionCorrelation plugin. is it Gene/ expression value in two coloumn? or need more information and more coloumn? I have 12 set of gene expression for 12 condition, how do I arrange them as an input in excel or text format?

Hi, 

The format of the input file is genes as rows and conditions as columns, except the second column which appears to be a placeholder of some kind.

You can download and open the example input file called Rosetta.mrna that is available here:  

http://www.baderlab.org/Software/ExpressionCorrelation

You can view it as a text file.
