Need Help With Look and Feel Setting Affecting Network Viewer

Can anyone point me at any specifics for look-and-feel settings that might affect the birds eye viewer and network viewer? We are using Cytoscape inside another application that has its own look and feel (aquathemepack) and Cytoscape resets this application’s look and feel. However, when I attempt to comment out the call to CyMain.setupLookAndFeel(), then nothing will show for the network view and birds eye viewer under aquathemepack.  setupLookAndFeel() has a lot of esoteric settings, so any help would be greatly appreciated!
