Cytoscape 3.10.1 is a bug-fix release that addresses the following:

• Improved support for all versions of Java 17+
• Various minor bug fixes
• Known issues: Linux users may see a non-fatal error regarding “live Open CL.” Simply ignore or install Open CL if you want CL-enhanced performance.

Hi,

maybe you can help me:  Problem with creating a PPI network in Cytoscape using String database version 12.

Cytoscape downloads data STRING v. 11.5

When creating the PPI network, cytoscape retrieves data from the 11.5 version of the string database. There is now a new version 12. How to create a network with this data? I need to perform further analyses on the latest version of PPI STRING. Could you help me or fix it?

As mentioned a few days ago, we are working on this. It should be possible to fetch STRING v12 networks with stringApp in a few days.
