Hi,
I have implemented Network Randomiser to generate random networks from my biological networks. The tool is really helpful to compare centralities across random and real networks.

When it comes to random network generated by Erdoys-Renyi, the Node Table under table panel has don't have gene names but shown as node 1, 2 and so on. How to retrieve the gene symbols for nodes in random networks.

Please see the attached screenshot.

Thanks,

Hi Pratap,
In a random network, there really isn't any particular correspondence to the nodes in the "real" network.   Typically, you just create v nodes and randomly connect them with e edges where v and e represent the number of nodes and edges in your initial network.
