Hello!

I have used qiime2-scnic to create a microbiome correlation analysis, and was wondering what the best app was to visualize this. I made a network just using base cytoscape, but Im not sure if this is the best way. thanks!!

Hi Scott,
Can you give us a little more information about what you are trying to show with your network?  For example, is there a particular correlation that is interesting, or do you just want to be able to explore the correlations?  Do you want to spatially segregate the network based on the sample characteristics?  That will help us to guide you a little about the best way to visualize your results.

I am just interested in exploring the positive correlations, Im hoping to see which species correlate positively so that I can do some in vitro experimentation on them. Here is a screen shot of the correlation network I made. I assume that the clusters represent species that are positively correlated together? I made this with the file I generated from q2-SCNIC, and just simply imported it into cytoscape.
