Adding cytoscape app description in pom.xml file

This may be simple but I cannot find anything about this tag. <description></description> under the root tag does not work. <name></name> does. I want the app to display info instead of "this OSGi app does not have a description".

Hello M P,

How are you building and installing your app? The app store provides descriptions for apps. If you are building and installing an app yourself, this will not be available and may be causing your issue.

it is an in-house app. We are installing the built jar via file.
