which file of gene mania should i import in cytohubba for analysis and how can i see the nodes with gene name instead of (homosapiens id) in network

Hi Iqra,

Have you tried installing the GeneMANIA app so it can create a network directly into Cytoscape from your GeneMANIA search? And now you can also use the online search (in the Network panel), which does not require you to download genemania organism data sets. That way you would not have to import any GeneMANIA file.

After the search is completed, you just need to set the GeneMANIA network as the Target Network in the cytoHubba panel and submit the analysis.

Once the cytoHubba analysis is finished, you can go to the Style panel and change the Node Label Column value to "gene name" (see attached image).
