Hello!

I'm going to run ClueGO before gene network analysis.
However, this error message below pops up.

"There were no GO Terms found for this selection!

Please choose less restrictive parameters under 'Advanced Settings' and re-run ClueGO"

How do i cope with this problem?

I need your help. Thank you

Hi,

I think it means that for that set of genes that you used for ClueGO, there were no known terms (depends on which Ontologies/pathways you selected from ClueGO settings).

Please choose less restrictive parameters under 'Advanced Settings' and re-run ClueGO"
For this, I think you can  choose more Ontologies or Pathways from ClueGO Settings part to see if there are any known terms for your genes in other databases such as KEGG, Reactome, ...
Also, in Evidence oart, you can select All to see if there is any evidence. Moreover, in Advanced Term/Pathway Selection options, you can decrease GO Tree Interval and % of genes/terms to see what is changing.

Hope this helps.
