I can not open BiNGO

I get this message while I am trying to open it .The Java JAR file “BiNGO.jar” could not be launched.Chech the console?
could you oplease help me?

BiNGO.jar is a Cytoscape app. It does not “open” or work in isolation. All you need to do to run BiNGO, is to have the app installed in Cytoscape and then have Cytoscape open.

Since you have the .jar file handy already, the easiest way to install it would be to open the App Manager in Cytoscape (under the Apps menu) and then choose “Install from File..”. Point to the BiNGO.jar file and it will be installed. Done!

Thank u for ur help, but i already installed cytoplasm, I could not find the plugin to get access to BiNGO.
I got access to bingo through app,
for the very step of using the app i need to import galFiltered.cys, I could not find it! that's wht I tried to open BiNGO where i thought the information would come!!!

so it would be better to ask my question like this;
I got the cytoscap, java 8, BiNGO, but for the very first step of my analysis i could not finf galFiltered.cys just I have galFiltered.csv!
the other problem is that I could not find BiNGO plugin, I just got access to it from the aap icon on cyto scape.

i would really appreciate it
