Cytoscape style custom features not saved

Hi,

In my network, I have colored the genes based on fold-change values and also shaped them based on molecule type. Finally, saved as Cytoscape session file. 

Whenever I open the Cytoscape session file,  the color and shape of the nodes are going to default. 

Please help me to resolve this.

Some things to check:

1. When you make your changes to Styles are you making them to a style called “Default”? I would recommend copying the style and giving it your own name so it doesn’t get mixed up.  2. When you restart Cytoscape is the style being changed back to “Default” away from one you’ve created? Sometimes you just need to switch to your style again and everything is fixed.

3. Do you have any apps that control styles? You might try disabling these in case they are doing something wrong or unintended.

Otherwise, you’ll need to provide a CYS file and step-by-step description of how to reproduce the error for anyone to help in more detail.
