【About Cytohubba】why I use same method,same data and then get a totally different result each time?

As show in this picture,I import the same set of data,and choose the same method(MCC) to compute.Why I came to a completely different result?
And a question please,how can I get hub genes according to the weights of edges(or genes)?
Help me Please,Thanks!!!
