I am using BINGO plugin and after running BINGO analysis the Bingo
output windows opens. Is there a way to save this output in a text or
excel format. If i try saving data in BINGO settings panel it saves
the file as .bgo format.

you can open .bgo file with wordpad in windows or whatever text editor in linux.
