Hello everyone,

My name is Diptesh Roy, and I’m a computer science student interested in contributing to NRNB as part of Google Summer of Code 2026. I’m particularly interested in projects within the Cytoscape ecosystem.

I recently started exploring the Cytoscape projects and have set up the development environment for Cytoscape.js. I’ve begun going through the codebase and issues, and I’m planning to start contributing to Cytoscape.js to better understand the project and the ecosystem.

I’m looking forward to learning more about the NRNB projects and contributing to the community. Any suggestions on beginner-friendly issues or areas where new contributors can help would be greatly appreciated.
